What can I say, it works! Attached to an MVP ARM, smack it onto a disc and it will grab it. The suction is very strong once attached so no worries about dropping it. I managed to hit my disc with it that was half sinking into mossy water and it attached without pushing it deeper.
One or two of the cups were folded in but it's not a huge deal. Definitely worth it!
