PBDG presents Heatland To Delray Beach sponsored by Kastaplast
About the event
Welcome to the 4th annual event hosted by the Swedes at Heatland Discgolf!
We are extremly excited to be back and hosting this event with the local club PBDG. As per usual we are bringing some Swedish plastic to you!
This year we are excited to have Kastaplast as the title sponsor which means we are getting an exciting players pack!

Registration & Scoring
Registration is done through TJING <- click here
Pros - $100
AMs - $60
Registration fees will be collected before round 1. Please bring cash or PayPal.
Non-PDGA members will pay an additional non-member fee at $15 which is collected before the round start.
Scoring
Scoring will be done directly through the tjing-app, which can be downloaded on both Google Play and Apple App Store
You can also do scoring through paper scorecard - please bring your own paper scorecard if that's the case

Amateurs
True Amateur
Amateurs are expected to recieve a minimum or 120% payout of their registration fees. The event is placed as a "true amateur" event (trophy only) with some bonus payouts and raffles.
Player packs:
All amateurs will get a players pack consiting of the following.
- A K1 Grind Driver with custom tournament stamp
- An unreleased Kastaplast disc (mold already exists) with custom tournament stamp.
- Kastaplast Towel
- Kastaplast Accessories
- Heatland Discgolf Patch
Schedule

| 7.30 - 9 AM | Registration fees collection + player packs for AMs. |
| 9AM - 12 PM | Round one. Shotgun start randomized within the division. No requests possible. |
| 12 PM - 1 PM | One hour lunch break from last group is finished. We will be selling a wide variety of exclusive discs from Kastaplast at a discounted rate. Bring cash! |
| 1 - 4 PM | Round two, groups by results within division. |
| 4 - 5 PM | Prize ceremoni, raffles and discs vending. |
Prizes
AMs : The winner of each AM division will recieve a trophy. Top 3 of each AM division will recieve a gift card at $30, $20, $10 value.
Pros: The pros will enjoy an added pro purse on a minimum of $500 with a payout to the top 40% of the field.
CTP-prizes & Raffles: Both Pro and AMs will compete for multiple CTP-holes for some additional products. After round 2 and the price ceremony we will raffle out some prices to random players!
Optional ace-fund: Any aces during both rounds will share the ace fund. In case of no aces - all eligible players get one extra chance on hole 19 to ace it. In case of no aces after this - all eligible players will "flip the disc" until one remain to secure the ace-fund!
10% of the registration fees will go straight back to PBDG into their efforts to improve the courses.
Refund Policy
Heatland Discgolf AB is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refunds can only be processed if requested in writing to michael@heatland.se at least 24 hours before the start of the first round. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your registration fees.
